Helloooo :)

I'm 21+1 and around 3 times a day for the past 4 days my bump keeps going rock hard! (Totally painless) Now, google says it's Braxton Hicks but I just wanted any opinions.. Do you think they are? Did your Braxton Hicks start this early?

Thanks in advance :) x

Yep mine started that early too. I remember one evening, they were happening regularly every three minutes. Midwife said only to be concerned if they became painful.

Thank you for your input @wonderwoo nice to know it's not just me who's having them this early. Worried me a little as most said from 26 weeks

I think they can start even earlier. But if its worrying you, then you could always phone your midwife just to check. I seem to remember mine would happen more when tired/overdone things.

My midwife told me some people get BH all the way through pregnancy, but they are so small people don't tend to notice and that thay are only a problem if they are painful or regular.

I had this and for me it was a magnesium deficiency. My doctor prescribed me strong magnesium, and I had to have 250mg tablets 2x daily and it was better very fast. Please ask your doctor about a magnesium deficiency.
