Strong cramps/pains only 7 weeks

Hi everyone

I am 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and the past few days I have been noticing pains that seem worse than normal period pains and last for around 10 seconds at a time these happen only around twice a day. The pains are in both ovary areas and in the centre of my abdomen.

Has anyone ever experienced this or should I be concerned at all? I am not bleeding or anything but my breasts are So SO sore especially my nipples and they are itchy too all around that area.

I am concerned that it may be eptopic but have also read that apparently the pain is constant. These pains I have been experiencing are only twice a day and I don't have any other cramping.

It may just be everything stretching. I'm 7 weeks too and having weird stabbing sensations can't really describe. There's a lot going on inside us we're bound to feel some of it lol x
