Was your 3rd bigger than 1st and 2nd? also was your 3rd earlier than 1st and 2nd?

Both my DS's were born at 39 weeks and DS#1 was 8lb 4oz and DS#2 8lb 14oz, and PG (27+5) with my 3rd! I've been told that 3rd babys tend to be bron earlier than 1st and 2nd, but did you find this with your 3rd? and was your 3rd bigger than your 1st and 2nd? Thanks!

ds1 - induced at 40+10, 8lb 4oz
ds2 - spontaneous at 39 weeks, 8lb 3oz
ds3 - spontaneous at 40 weeks, 8lb 10oz

My three were all born slightly before EDD and went up about one lb each time
dd - 8 days early and 6lbs 7oz
ds1 - 5 days early and 7lbs 10oz
ds2 - 9 days early and 8lbs 11oz

1st - 2 days early - 8lb 6oz
2nd - 10 days late - 8lb 12oz
3rd - 7 days early - 8lb 6oz

No rhyme nor reason with mine.

8lb 11 - 14 days late
8lb 14 - 10 days late and induced
10lb - 2 weeks early and induced

so yes bigger by the 3rd. I was told 3rd will be biggest if pregnancy has had no problems. but after the 3rd they don't get any bigger....dunno why, but my 4th was 8lb 5 at 40 weeks (induced) so it worked for me.x

1st -6wks early,4lb1 (girl)
2nd - 19 days late,8lb 1 (boy)
3rd - 21 days late,9lb7 (boy)
4th - 10 days early,7lb 4 (girl)
Makes you wonder bout lazy boy theory, ha ha!

My 3rd was my smallest and she turned up 2 weeks early.

Yes bigger and yes earlier (and yes a much easier birth too!)
