I'm currently around 8/9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child cannot remember this happening in my 1st pregnancy past few days I have had a pink/ light red discharge I also have stomach ache and back ache the stomach ache at times has also been quite far up under my ribs and pretty much all over. I went to the epu yesterday they didn't seem too concerned said it was quite commmon in early pregnancy however this morning I've had it again with the cramps being quite uncomfortable too I'm booked in for an early scan at the epu tomorrow but I can't stop worrying and crying has anyone else experienced anything like this x

I had some bleeding up until about 10 weeks. I think whilst it's not normal it is extremely common.

I'm just not sure what it is it's just discharge when I wipe the epu didn't seem overly concerned but I just can't settle

I had his around the same week mark as you. Maybe even earlier. I was told it’s very common. Had an early scan and all was fine.

Thanks for replying you've settled my mind a little it's not constant either, not had any for a few hour got my fingers crossed for my scan tomorrow 🤞🏻

I had this a few weeks ago. Probably 3 times in all, just pinky streaks when I wiped. I had a scan on Saturday at 7+2 and all was fine. The midwife said that sometimes even having a poo can put pressure on your cervix and cause a little bleed as it’s got so much more blood being pumped to it.

Thanks for your reply really calming me down as I'm such a worrier. The epu didn't seem too concerned at all said it is common. Mine has been the same it's been on & off for a few days, more off than on
