I think they started leaking at about 30w when I was pregnant with my daughter, I’m now 22w and leaking already.

I know it’s colostrum I just feel like I’ll have nothing left by the time she’s born 😂

My breast started leaking drops at about 17 weeks. At 24 weeks its still leaking, more than than before but not enough for breast pads yet. Ive breastfed 2 babies amd this is 4th pregancy so prwtty sure my breast just knew what to do.

Dont worry you wont run out of milk, its a supply and demand system. (More a demand and supply, the more baby demands more youll supply) lol

You could harvest it!

Get some wee sterile syringes (1 or 2ml) and hand express while sucking it up. You might need some help at first.
Pop the syringe back into the open packet and freeze in a tub.
If you have trouble bfing (or even if you want to formula feed and give some colostrum) you can use it then. :)

Mine started leaking from 18 weeks.

Apparently anywhere between 14 weeks - birth is normal xx

Wait, actually I think you're not advised to "squeeze" until after 35 weeks. Just saw you're only 22w. Consult your midwife on that.
I doubt it'll actually do any harm but I think thems the guidelines.

My breasts started to leak as a sign I was pg. we were trying, and I was due to test in the next few days, but I woke with leaking breasts. I was very confused, until I peed on the stick.

Now, that is weird. Dd1 is 8 now.

Yes I was leaking by twenty weeks with dd1.

Thanks ladies!! Glad to hear early is still normal, must have set them off by looking at breast pumps online today haha.

@uterusuterusghali yes you’re right, I remember my midwife telling me not to hand express until after 35w. She did suggest to have some little sterile pots to hand to drip into but I always seemed to be at work or somewhere equally inconvenient!!
