Flu jab side affects can I take anything?

Hey all, I just got the flu jab on Saturday ( I think they stop doing them in April) I was really happy to have it because I wanted to be as protected as possible and to be honest I thought the side affects prob wouldn't apply to me but since I had it Ive had a non stop dull head ache, a sore throat and I cannot stop sneezing. Has this happened to anyone else and did you take any medicine for it? Im reluctant to take any medicine at all whilst pregnant ( 14 weeks) but my head is pounding

Paracetamol and plenty of fluids is about all you can have. I have a chest infection at the minute I'm 18 weeks and miserable with it. Hope you're better soon Flowers

thanks @fallenangel I wasn't even sure I could have paracetamol! I hope you feel better too!

Current guidelines say you can have paracetamol, but some research suggests it could have a negative impact on the future fertility of your baby, so bear that in mind.
