Is mayonnaise a no go?

I'm really craving a chicken mayonnaise sandwich! 😬

Mayonnaise from a jar is ok- homemade will have raw eggs in so judgement call (official NHS advice would be no).

I've been eating dippy eggs ect throughout my pregnancy. Just waiting for the NHS to confirm the above!

If the eggs are lion stamped then raw yolk or soft yolk is fine.
Enjoy your sandwich.

Jessica - they have!

You can actually eat everything. A few items in excess are not a good item and a few items have a slightly higher risk of making you sick/causing complications but it's up to you to decide really. It's just advice.

Idea.... not item.
