Can anyone give me some advice please?

I last had a period 10 weeks ago. Since then iv had numerous negative pregnancy testa then i finally got a faint positive around 3 weeks ago. I went back to the doctors who did blood tests and these came back negative. The Doctor said i was not pregnant as it was impossible to have neg bloods while pregnant so i took her word for it. Now i have recently researched online it online and it is possible to be pregnant but not show up. Has anyone ever been through this situation before? Im really confused im usually on my period like clock work so to hahe nothing for 10 weeks has never ever happened before. I feel like paying £50 for a private scan to check properly but obviously this is expensive if i am not.

I would have thought a blood test is 100% reliable.

Did you have any other tests to see if there is another reason for the absent AF? If not pregnant, I'd want to know why it's not coming.

If there is no HCG in your blood, that is considered 100% definitive that you aren't pregnant. Urine tests can be wrong though.

I beg to differ, I don’t show on blood or urine tests until 8/9 weeks I have scans to determine pregnancy. I am under a consultant as due to this issue as I have miscarried a few times. I am currently 6w3d I have a scan tomorrow to check pregnancy and discuss further options I am on 5mg folic Acid and Enoxaparin blood thinners.
Am nervous but because I have symptoms such as nausea, sore breasts and nipples and thrush which I only get when I am on Antibiotics such as Doxycycline and I have not been on them for 18 months or pregnancy..
