I'm 9+6 currently and has some spotting today at lunchtime, some light brown and then this. Have attached image.
I have my first midwife appointment tomorrow so I could bring it up then.

I just took a test when I got home and got a very strong positive (darker than control line) which I've been having every time I test (except right at the start)

I’ve had two delayed miscarriages, the second one I had no spotting or symptoms I’d miscarried at all- just found out at the 12 week scan. First one I had brown spotting at 11 weeks every time I wiped. It was brown and sort of grainy, it looked a little like coffee granules. Other than that I had no symptoms anything was amiss.

Having said that, spotting is normal for most people and I was reassured at the time it was normal for me (I just wasn’t so lucky). I am 6 weeks pg atm and have had a little light pink spotting at 4&5 weeks, trying not to let it bother me too much.

Definitely ask the MW though, for reassurance if nothing else.

spotting is not normal in pregnancy. some women have it and still have a normal full term pregnancy but it is definitely not normal and not the norm.

OP, hope you got checked out and all is well.
