Hi ladies.
I had a miscarriage in January. Started bleeding on January 19th had a scan that Monday that confirmed miscarriage was taking place and EPU confirmed miscarriage had been completed on the 29th January. My partner and I had sex a few days later, two days in a row I believe I can’t really remember. Anyway, I had a completely negative test February 10th and then a faint positive on February 19th, then a digital ‘Pregnant’ on the 21st. I have tested frequently since then and have strong positives.
I contacted the EPU and they told me to treat it like any other pregnancy and just book my booking in appointment at 8 weeks as normal, my question is...how do I work out how far along I am?! Anyone been in this situation who can offer me some advice? The EPU weren’t very helpful when I asked.
Sorry for the long post.

Sorry for your loss. From my experience of getting negatives then positives on digital tests I got positives at around 4 weeks do you could be 4 weeks at the date of the test. But I'm not sure if that ties in with your dates for DTD unless you had sex any other time later after the 31st January? If day 4 weeks on the 21st would be close enough anyway so you are probably close to 6 weeks now.

I really can’t remember when we DTD that’s the problem also. Thanks for replying, I just find it all a bit confusing.

Sorry for your loss OP Thanks---- and that the EPU weren't particularly helpful

I conceived the first month after my miscarriage using OPK, I ovulated Just over two weeks after my last day of bleeding,
Could you give them the date the bleed finish just as an estimate for now? As though it was a period? The dates are likely to change and it can often be out any way x

Thanks bumble I could use the date of my bleed as you’re not pregnant when you have your period yet they class that as the first two weeks. It is bound to change but here we don’t get a booking in appointment until 10 weeks and I’m eager to get a scan as close to 12 weeks as I can really. I may just have to guess at this rate lol x
