Should my first response line be darker?

Hi,

I al on cloud 9 after conceiving on my first round of IVF. It was a medicated frozen embryo transfer, so I haven’t actually ovulated (obviously) My embryo was put back inside me 13 days ago. I’m panicking this line isn’t dark enough for it to be a viable pregnancy? Any ideas?

Should my first response line be darker?

That’s a beautifully clear line. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

It looks a solid line to me. How many weeks would you be? My frer looked like that at about 11dpo but was as dark as the control three days later, if it helps. HCG is meant to double every 48 hours, so you could repeat in two days. Good luck x

That's a really good line! Mine wasn't that strong 6 days after AF was due!

VillageFete · 20/02/2018 11:08

Thank you so much, i’m beyond ecstatic after years of heartache.

According to my IVF due date calculator, i’m classes 4 weeks and 4 days. Sure it shouldn’t be darker at this point?! I think that may mean i’m 4 days past what would have been my period if this was a normal pregnancy?

I'd say that's a good line for 4 weeks.
congrats.

Congratulations, looks like a great line to me Grin

Definitely a strong line congratulations! Also, don't forget it depends on how much water/fluid you've drunk and when you did the test. The first wee of the day before drinking is the strongest line. Having said that this is still a very strong line at 4 weeks. :)
