Midwife potentially circled wrong box?

Bear with me this is might get a little tricky to explain!

Had my midwife appointment today and she asked me if I was getting support at home I said yes but she circled no.
It was the same with all the other questions I answered. She circled no for all of them but really the answer was yes.

I didn’t say anything earlier as I assumed she knew what she was doing. Should I say something? I don’t want people thinking I don’t have family support etc when I do!

Could the question have read on her sheet as ‘Does the expectant mother require extra support at home?’ Or ‘is the expectant mother a lone parent?’

I would guess there was a main question like "are any of the following a concern" and then a list of things to ask about, so "support at home" would be a no as is not a concern.

It is almost certainly what the pp's said, Op, but please remember the MW ID there to help you with your pregnancy. They really do not mind if you ask questions. HCP (good ones) really want you to understand what is going on, so please feel that you can ask questions if there is wnything you don't understand. There are no 'silly questions' when it comes to the health of you and your baby.

Did you check through your maternity notes? The way questions are posed might not be how they are written...
