im 42 next month, had copper iud out in August and normal monthly periods. Had unprotected sex 31st dec and 12th january, spotted for a day 24h January but not a period. My breasts have increased in size over last 3 weeks from a c cup to a DD. Tummy bigger and breasts very sore. Ive had bloods done last month as i had a couple of night sweats and they also checked hormone levels which were normal as was everything else. Is it possible for the perimenopause to come on like this ? I have just taken a test and was negative but i feel pregnant. Advice anyone please, i have docs appt next Friday
