Genuinely asking for a friend....
A youngish girl I work with has just found out she is pregnant. She seems a bit clueless as to guidelines etc on eating, what is considered dangerous etc. It is a long time since I was pregnant so would like to recommend a good book with lots of information etc for her.

I was bought the previous edition of this one:
www.dk.com/uk/9780241312810-the-day-by-day-pregnancy-book/
when I was pregnant with Ds. I pulled it out recently to show him how his sibling is developing and I think it would tick your boxes.

@Dinosauratemydaffodils
Thank you. I'll recommend that one to her. Smile

Not a book but I'd highly recommend she reads the NHS website for the list of things she can and can't eat or do. I see so many people ask on here whether they can eat something that would have been answered by reading that website. It's really useful.

@Passmethecakeplease
Thank you. I'll tell her that too.
