Hi all, I am almost 10 weeks with 3rd pregnancy and for the last week I keep getting horrible shivers accompanied with feeling sick. I think it is happening 1-2 hours after eating. I had morning sickness to different degrees with my first 2 but found eating helped then. It doesn't this time. The other night i went ti bed at 7pm as just couldnt stop feeling rough. Anyone else had the chills? Any ideas for remedies?? Many thanks x

I feel your pain op. I'm 7+6 with twins and I constantly feel like I have low grade flu. Also have horrendous nausea. I'm on anti sickness meds, but I still threw up on the street coming home from work last night.

I'm finding eating little about often helps a tiny bit with the nausea. All I can stomach atm is toast, crumpets, pitta bread, grapes and tiny bit's of chocolate. I still generally feel like shit though.

Sorry to not be of more help, but you are definitely not alone.

Oh wow, congratulations on your twins!! Thank you for the message anyway, does help to know others feeling poo. I expected the tiredness (esp with a 4 year old and 1 year old!!) But this shivering business and nausea that I can't shift isn't fun. O just ate 2 oranges and it seemed to help!! Poor you throwing up, thank goodness I am not that bad. Will count my blessings! Xx
