Morning sickness starting at 16 weeks?!

I've been lucky enough not to suffer with much morning sickness for the first trimester. This morning I have woken up feeling awful, similar to the first trimester with DS where I just felt on the verge of throwing up. Can morning sickness really start this late when I've been fine up until now? Surely not as the hormones that cause it have flattened out by now? Anyone had experience of this?

I had ms until 12 weeks when it went away.

Then at 14 weeks I developed hyperemesis and have been in bed for 4 weeks so far with 1 hospital stay.

Could it be reflux instead? I started getting that around 14weeks in my second pregnancy.

Is reflux the same sort of thing? I guess it could be that, it definitely doesn't feel like just a normal sickness bug or anything
