Tuna and Salmon

I've gone on a bit of a fish binge this week and have had two tins of tuna so far and a portion of salmon, am I ok to eat another tin of tuna? I know you have to limit them both, but is it separately or together? I've looked on the NHS website but I'm not sure.

Hi - my understanding is you can have up to 4 cans of tuna a week plus 2 portions of oily fish (fresh tuna counts as oily, tinned doesn't) so I think you can have two more tins of tuna and one more portion of oily fish within the 7 day period. Sounds like you eat like my cats! :)

Brill! That's the bit that wasn't sinking in wether it was separate or together. Thanks for clarifying Smile
Haha you're right it does sound like a cats diet, I bloody love oily fish been so hard to limit it. 7 more weeks(ish) to go!
