Pregnant after vasectomy

Has anyone had surprise pregnancy after there partner got a vasectomy ( not vasectomy reversal ).
How common is it?
My hubby had it done in aug 17 and got all clear in dec 17.
Stories ladies please x

I got pg after DH vasectomy....about 7 months later. He was tested and they said he was producing no sperm...miracle pg therefore (it was his!!) i miscarried about a month later and it never happened again.
