22 weeks and been experiencing these symptoms pretty much my entire pregnancy. I'm always hungry, so I eat, then when I do eat I get really full and bloated (literally, my tummy pops out so far I feel like it could literally pop), but I'll STILL experience hunger pains so will feel the need to eat again - vicious cycle!

This is such an annoying trio of symptoms, and I wonder if anyone has found any remedies for the bloating?

Thanks!

I second this! I'm only 5 weeks and the last week has been a nightmare! I'm trying to eat to stop myself from being sick but when I eat too much I'm bloated and uncomfortable for the rest of the day :( it's horrendous! X

I'm 9 weeks on Friday and am exactly the same. Can't eat enough to fill me up but constantly bloated :(

I'm 27 weeks and have been bloated all the way through (looked 6 months pregnant at 6 weeks!).

Its so frustrating when you're really hungry! I try my best to stick to small portions no matter how much I want to eat.
I also try not to drink whilst I'm eating and there are certain foods I can't eat at all now. Ate a couple of mouthfuls of pasta last night and was in pain for 2 hours after - definitely not worth it! Also can't eat anything spicy Sad

22 weeks and I’m feeling you, I’ve learned to graze instead now. I will always cook too much food or over-order because i feel absolutely starving and then have like 5 bites and feel incredibly full.... but I’ll try to keep nibbling it because despite feeling so full I also feel like I’m hungry and want to eat more 🤔
