Hi girls! Currently 12 weeks pregnant and have been having natural yoghurt on my breakfast however the brand I've been having is far to thick! Total 0 I think it's called and have stuck to it as it's been pasteurised but wanna try something new. can anyone recommend some safe Greek yoghurts I can eat while pregnant that have been pasteurised xx

All yogurt is pasteurised so will be safe.

I love Greek yoghurt and as a rule it's thick so you can thin it down with a little mill etc.

I love the Muller Greek yoghurt and black cherry corners, Morrisons do them for about £1 - £1.50 for a 4 pack.
Lidl also do GY which is nice.

UK yoghurt is pasteurized so all good there.

I don't think any yoghurt is advised against in the UK. You can have any Greek yoghurt you find in any supermarket.

I genuinely don't know where you could even find unpasteurised yoghurt in the UK.
