Am I pregnant?

I had a few early pregnancy symptoms in September so did a test, this was negative as were the ones I did in the following weeks. In the past few weeks I have felt movement in my lower abdomen normally to one side. I had my first child 10 years ago but it feels like his early movements did. Tests are still negative but something is definitely moving in there. Do you think it could be a baby or something else? I have booked a doctor's appointment but it's 2 weeks away. Thanks

Book a private scan.

It's probably wind if you're still getting negative tests and have had periods.

Not to make any one sick.. but it could be intestinal worms. I’ve heard they can make people’s stomachs feel like they’re moving. Maybe do some googling?
