What could these pains be?

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and for the last few days I’ve been having a few tummy cramps. Which I’m trying to tell myself is just growing pains as no bleeding.
But I’ve started to get stabbing pains in my lower back and legs.
No idea what they could be. Even when I’m sitting. Not cramping or normal back pain literally little stabs here and there.

I had these. We were in London and at times I had to stop walking it hurt so much they were a bit like stitch. I was told it was my womb and ligaments expanding and moving to get ready for the baby. I had them more down one side than the other x

Could be sciatica I had it it early pregnancy
