NCT course tomorrow- what do you take?

We are doing NCT signature course this weekend and I'm sure that at some point they sent a list of things to bring... I remember packed lunch and blanket but forgot the rest. Have trawled the emails and watched the welcome video but can find no mention of what to take!

Has anyone already done the course already and knows what we need?

The first session just something to keep you comfy. They will then ask you to take birthing balls to other sessions

Thanks guys. I wish I'd been better organised and read your advice this morning.

Well... we were late, I took a blanket and that's it. Everyone else brought plates of food to share for lunch! We had to say we had to nip home to let our dog out to get away from lunch awkwardness!! At least it gave us a chance to get cushion and birthing ball also forgotten...... and it turns out it's about 60% inflated compared to everyone else's and was another embarrassment!
