Hot feet.. Feet on fire!

Omg. So off and on for weeks had hot feet at night and managed to put a moisturiser on and did the trick.
The last three nights. I've woke and it's unbearable.. To the point only thing that cools it is either a bowl of cold water or sitting on edge of bath with cold water running on them for so long I end up shivering
Which would normally be ok.. But when each time I get in bed and they burn again I'm. Back up... Until 4/5am..before any sleep

Anyone got any tips.?

Tried. Moisturiser, cold water, feet out blanket,

crushed ice in a ('hot") water bottle?

Good idea.. Haven't got a hot water tho. Kids use those microwave animal things.. Will have to look for one.

Have you tried a peppermint foot spray? Body shop do one (in australia) but any foot spray with menthol may help. I use it for nerve pain / hot feet issues!

You can use a plastic bottle instead of a soft bottle, as long as lid is good so it won't easily leak. I did this on a mountain in Africa. Just need to get some crushed ice/ice water to put in it.

I wish! I’m feet are so cold 24/7 my nail beds were blue the other night! If you get the peppermint spray put it in the fridge :)

I second the frozen hot water bottle idea! Also magicool spray on your feet, it’s amwzing stuff for labour too. I had the burning feet thing right through my pregnancy during the really hot 2016 summer we had, and it was awful! I feel for you!

Cool!
I had a spell in my 20s when my feet were always hot (not pgers). I wonder what that means. Now my feet are little frozen blocks. So inconvenient, both ways.

Cinnamon- are your feet itchy as well? If so maybe contact midwife in case obstetric cholestasis. They can do a simple set of bloods to check. Apologies, if I this is something you've considered already.
