Hi

This is my first child and I’m size 20 and worried I’m not getting a clear bump yet

Anyone else in the same situation? When will the bump be prominet? Hope baby s ok in there and growing properly...

I'm a size 12 and 19 weeks and anyone who doesn't know me wouldn't know I'm pregnant so don't worry!

Most people don't have a clear bump until after 20 weeks in their first pregnancy, sometimes not until some weeks after. Rest assured baby will be growing in there just fine.

I think the combination of first baby/bigger build tends to mean you don’t ‘pop’ until later, but I bet it happens soon, and you will start to feel movements in the coming weeks too which is a big reassurance Smile

I'm sure you will I'm a size 24 and have a big bump give it time especially if it's your first.

I was size 20-22 when pregnant and most people didn't start to notice until 30 weeks or more.

PandaCat · 29/11/2017 22:15

With my first I wasn't showing until almost 30 weeks, I was 36 weeks when someone dared to ask when I was due and didn't believe that I had just 4 weeks until the due date!! I was a size 8 when I got pregnant.

This time I'm bigger (never lost the weight) my bump is also bigger, but those who know say it's small! Confused
