Worse at night time I've lathered myself in coco butter, my hands are stinging slightly but not the palms, my little toe also itches lol but not the soles of my feet, which I know can be down to liver problems.
I will obviously ring my dr tomorrow but I'm just wondering if the is a common irritant in early pregnancy ?

Please ring your midwife, I had this and was told not to worry as it wasn't my hands or feet ( I inched all over apart my hands and feet at this point ) so I rang again and asked for a blood test, it came back that I had oc which is something to do with the liver not working properly and bile acid levels too high, I was 36 weeks at the time, they gave me medication to try and bring the bile acid levels down ( which it did ) and cream for the itching, I was monitored regularly to make sure baby was okay and also a blood test weekly to check the levels, I was induced at 39 weeks!! Not trying to worry you but it's defo worth having the test done!! My bubba is a healthy happy 5 week old now, nothing wrong with her and my liver and bile acids are back to normal, I hope this helps! Xx

I also had oc but i don’t think it would be that unless you are well into your third trimester? If you are early days then far more likely some kind of hormone imbalance/ restless leg type thing.

Still, do get it checked out.

Yes I'm only 7 + 3 days. And I didn't think I'd get it so early. But I'll ring and check cos it is driving me
