Am I pregnant?

Hi, I'm 23 & have a 3 yo. I had the implant taken out on the 24th October, I had my first period on the 26th that lasted exactly a week. I've been having regular sex with my partner & think I'm having early pregnancy symptoms but I'm getting negative home pregnancy tests!! When I was pregnant with my daughter I remember feeling so so tired! Heart burn, sore boobs, feeling sick. This time, I feel even more tired, I have awful cramps in my lower back & tummy, nausea but I've also got a terrible cough & runny nose so I'm thinking that I just maybe have the flu/cold? Could I be pregnant? When should I take another test (I don't know when my next period is due exactly as I haven't been having them) am I imagining it all? Thanks.

That first period wasn't a true period, it was a withdrawal bleed. You've just come off a long-acting hormonal contraceptive, what you're experiencing is almost certainly your hormones re-balancing following the removal. It may take several months for your periods to return.

Take another test towards the end of this month if you don't get a period but you almost certainly aren't pregnant.

I was on the mini pill for 6 years, so no periods in that time at all. Stopped taking it end Feb/early March this year and had withdrawal bleed that started 1st April. Positive pregnancy test mid May and currently 32+4 wks. Anything is possible.

Anyone had a false negative?
I am 6 days late 32day cycle think I ovulated 20 days ago and around 10days ago I'm sure I felt implantation take place I am 6 days late took a cheap test today with first urine of the day it had a very light second line so I went out and bought a digital clear blue test weeks indicator test and it said not pregnant I used the second wee off the day with the clear blue test so I wonder Am I or am I not pregnant? I thought clear blue tests were really good since they are quite pricey could I be pregnant but didn't show up because wasn't the first urine of the day or is the cheap test wrong any one had a clear blue test come back not pregnant but then found out you were? Xx

I have the test results photos but there's no option button to add photos could be because I'm using a mobile rather then a computer how do I up load via mobile

The OP literally only had her implant out three weeks ago and has barely finished the subsequent withdrawal bleed. There's barely been time for her to ovulate assuming she both has a shorter than average cycle and her cycle snapped back immediately - which is significantly less likely after the implant than the minipill. The timeline does not allow for her to have got pregnant following the removal.

OP the only thing that will tell you is a test. Try an early Superdrug or FRER. Fx!

Took another test this morning... Positive!! Got an appointment with my gp tomorrow to confirm.
