What week did your morning sickness start? I’m about to enter week 10, it has to stop soon surely?!

Still here at 27 weeks 🤢😳😔

ForeverHopeful21 · 21/10/2017 11:38

My sickness and nausea only started at 8 weeks however I'm now 14 weeks and it's only just starting to simmer down. The sickness has stopped but I still feel queasy quite a bit. It's been the longest 6 weeks of my life. I still struggle in the evening but it's definitely getting better thank goodness!
Fingers crossed you feel better soon x

About wk 13?for me, but it's really variable and unpredictable!

BexleyRae · 21/10/2017 11:43

It was about 16 weeks for me, the sickness started at about 5 weeks, that's what made me do a test

Ecureuil · 21/10/2017 11:45

DD1 about 14 weeks.
DD2... the day she was born (40+2) Shock

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 21/10/2017 11:46

It didn't stop for me.

MrsSchadenfreude · 21/10/2017 11:52

After I'd given birth and they gave me a jab to stop me puking. Mine got worse and worse throughout the pregnancy. The plus side was that I only put on 6lbs ..

Lilacpenny1 · 21/10/2017 11:52

Sorry to hear you are suffering. Morning sickness is the most miserable thing. I had all day constant nausea from the moment I woke up to the moment my head hit the pillow from week 6 up until around week 11. After that I still had it bad but I did notice after lunchtimes from weeks 12 onwards I felt more stable. It didn't stop completely until week 19 in my case. I honestly thought it would never end but it does. Hang in there. I found eating hearty soups and bread at lunch really helped.

mermaidbright · 21/10/2017 11:54

I have so much sympathy for all of you that suffer morning/all day sickness. I honestly don't know how you all cope. I was one of the lucky ones who had three children and wasn't sick once, not even in labour.

Hats off to you all.

Iusedtobeafreeelf · 21/10/2017 11:54

When they gave me anti nausea medication for my c section!

MudsMVP · 21/10/2017 11:57

18 weeks with DC1.
24 weeks with DC2 (I wouldn't actually say it ever stopped completely, but I stopped being sick and retching constantly around 23/4 weeks and could function day-to-day).

First trimester my arse Angry

Mugshotzforlunch · 21/10/2017 12:01

Oh god. This makes for very depressing reading. I'm 7 weeks and barfing about 4 times a day. Today I had blood in my vomit. Telling myself I've only got 5 weeks left was getting me through. 😫😫😫

NoParticularPattern · 21/10/2017 13:31

I stopped feeling constantly ill and actually being sick around 16 weeks I think. I still feel slightly sicky on an evening if I’m starving (or I’ve retched too many times brushing my teeth). But for the most part I’m fine now at 25 weeks. Apart from that time I tried to take my vitamin D and spent the next five minutes wasting the vitamin D and also the pint of water I'd drunk beforehand into the kitchen sink. Meanwhile junior was kicking so hard it was making it all worse! Oh the glamour!

LadyPug · 21/10/2017 13:35

Wow! You guys are amazing! I’m hoping week 13 it gets at least a little better. I really can’t handle it!

19 weeks with Dd and it returned at about 30 weeks for a short time.

Whole way through DD’s pregnancy.

DearTeddyRobinson · 21/10/2017 14:41

About an hour after the kids were born..sorry OP!

LipstickHandbagCoffee · 21/10/2017 14:52

Morning sickness for Whole of my pregnancies I’m afraid

Expectingbsbunumber2 · 21/10/2017 15:12

I didn't suffer morning sickness but had Terrible nausea until week 11. Everyone is different so can't answer your question I'm afraid

2018babyonboard · 21/10/2017 15:18

38 weeks DC1

27 weeks and not gone yet DC2

gandalfspants · 21/10/2017 15:43

39+5 😂

She was born 39+4.

They didn’t want to let me go home until I’d produced a certain amount of urine, but I couldn’t keep fluids down. I eventually convinced them (after exorcist style rejection of about 2 litres of water and tea) I’d come back if I didn’t wee by the next day or became ill and they let me go rather than admit me to the ward (was in MLU).

(It was more manageable from about week 26-36 for me, it just came back at the end)

Fingers crossed you feel better soon.
