Bleeding at 6 weeks

Hi,
I found out this week that I was pregnant after being told that ivf wouldn't even help me! Slight miracle!
I started really lightly bleeding last night at 6, pink when I wiped.... it's been the same up until now 20 hours later with light cramps....
I did a test this morning and it said positive for pregnancy still,
I'm terrified, can anyone offer advice?

See if you can work at home or take a day or two off - mine got quite painful with heavy bleeding and cramps and I wasn't in the best frame of mind.

Remember it's nothing you did, or didn't do, and above all be kind to yourself. I found physically I was ok after the bleeding stopped them I hit a bit of a wall mentally over the next week or two. Let yourself feel what you feel.

I kind of knew last night, didn't feel pregnant anymore....lost the plot and started throwing everything fertility and pregnancy related in the bin, scared my partner to death!
Feel calmer today and just want to try again.... I'm sure I am going to be a complete emotional wreak but trying to hold it together.
