Hiya im currently 7 weeks pregnant with my first baby, i started a new job this week as a home carer. One of my client's homes is far too hot. I have to wash dry and dress her twice a day and she is very aekward so this takes over an hour and a half each time. i end up soaking with sweat, feel woozy and incredibly thirsty. Is this harmful for me and my baby? I actually cant handle the heat in her house and she won't let me open a window or turn down the heating

I worked in a kitchen environment for 9+ hours a day which was incredibly hot until I was 37 weeks. My baby is fine. Just take a water bottle with you if you get too thirsty, she can't stop you from sipping from it.
