Braxton hicks with backache or contractions

Im 37+1 2nd child, I walk miles a day with toddler just because I always have, but when I do I get quite intense braxton hicks. However today these have been accompanied with backache. I was induced last time so the contractions were nothing like this. Are they contractions or just BH and backache? Lol 🙈 feel stupid but just worrying a bit too as DP is working away tonight.

I'd probably take two paracetamol and see if this eases the pain. If not and they get stronger/more frequent ring the hospital and see what they want you to do.

How are you getting on, any signs?

No everything settled with paracetamol and a sleep. Back on the old BH today. Some hurt most dont. Cba with 3+ weeks lf this though!
