So so exhausted, haven't slept properly for weeks. I'll be 30 weeks on Saturday.
I just can't get comfortable, as soon as I lie down on one side the baby is there kicking frantically... roll to the other side and it moves over and does the same again.
Suffering from restless legs, need to wee all the time, heart racing. Told my midwife all of this last week and she just said "that's the third trimester for you".
I'm at my wits end! Does anyone have any advice?

No advice sorry, unfortunately your midwife is right. I'm 30 weeks on Saturday too, have a 2.5 year old that wakes constantly/is a very restless sleeper, I've desperate acid reflux, one (!) restless leg, multiple toilet trips trying not to wake the Velcro toddler, etc etc. Even though I'm more tired I feel less shit than I did at this stage in my last pregnancy, it is just pretty crap, sorry!

Sorry no advice either, I'm 30 weeks myself and apart from heart racing I experience the same as you, last night was particularly bad made worse by my dh snoring because he's got a cold😡

Just letting you know I'm in the same boat, crippled by heart burn and aching hips. Getting about two hours a night. 32 weeks

Oh I'm the same except I'm 19 wks and it isn't the baby keeping me awake I just find that I can't sleep, and when I do nod off I get woke up by the 3year old lol aaaaaargh

Strangely comforting that I'm not the only one!! Yoga teacher suggested magnesium spray from Holland &a Barrett for the restless legs - has anyone tried?

I'm also 30 weeks on Saturday and exactly the same! Aches and pains all over, baby constantly booting me in the ribs, restless legs, acid reflux and up for a wee every hour! No real advice but I sympathise 😭 just been prescribed iron tablets and hoping they may magically cure the restless legs but I think I'm being too optimistic!

Magnesium tablets. Can get from H&B or Boots etc - will help massively with the restless legs and in turn hopefully sleep better.

I suffered horrifically with this when pregnant, was managing on barely an hour's sleep at worst times.

Might try the tablets... magnesium spray just feels kind of tickly!!
