i know i know you get tired, but i need to lay down all the time, my head is very light headed, my arms and legs feel very weak. all i seam to do is moan! sorry

I remember as soon as posting - Floradix - it is liquid iron, tastes ok and doesn't make you constipated and can be used in pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

So you think your bloods are okay?

Floradix is good but has added ingredients/additives etc. Spatone is the same thing but completely natural, just liquid iron. My GP and midwife recommended Spatone as a natural way of getting more energy. Just stick it in orange juice. Anybody can take it.

FWIW m'lovely I'm 34 weeks and exhausted. I'm asleep by 8pm every night and slumped at my desk most of the day trying to stay awake. Roll on maternity leave.
