Hi ladies, I'm stuck for inspiration!

I used to have a banana, some nutbars and maybe some other fruit before I was pregnant, however since going back to work this week I find that this combo doesn't keep me going until break!

Eggs are giving me an upset tummy at the moment so I'm quite lost for any other ideas. Help please? 😘

Greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and honey with 2 slices of toast, butter and marmalade. And a coffee. I remember craving cold mince and gravy pies for breakfast with dc2, so salty I was drinking gallons of water for the rest of the day.

In the first trimester it was all about toast, either with peanut butter or beans or a cinnamon & raisin bagel. Second trimester I was able to stomach dairy again so either yoghurt & granola or overnight oats with Greek yoghurt & strawberries. I don't have time to eat breakfast at home having to get DS out of the house on time so I have a cup of tea at home & then breakfast as soon as I get to work. The overnight oats keeps me fullest for longer. I normally have a carton of juice with it too.

I've been forcing down two rounds of toast with crunchy peanut butter for the last couple of days. Cereal is just a waste of time as I'm starving again in about an hour but the toast seems to be doing ok. It's hard work to eat though!

I have craved cheerios all through my pregnancy so it's been cheerios for me! Sometimes like to have peanut butter on toast. I find that whatever I have though I'm starving by 10am when i usually have some dried fruit and almonds at my desk (or I did until Friday when I finished!!)

Used to eat a lot of eggs pre pregnancy but gone off them mostly at the moment.

Currently I'm eating the second half of my dd's packed lunch sandwich: toasted pitta with pesto, cheese, tomato and lettuce. I'm finding pitta sandwiches ridiculously delicious at the moment.

Have you tried overnight oats? I make a couple of days worth, pop then in small tupperwares and then eat them when I get to work. Really easy to do - just soak porridge oats in milk, add a grated apple and leave overnight. That's it! Can also add other fruit e.g. berries, nuts, honey etc. Whatever you like. Healthy and filling and tasty 😋

If I have breakfast I have porridge with the toddler.

Off topic a bit. I can't drink water while being pregnant. It makes me sick and always did. It's so weird I know, but since I was a child I used to vomit a lot.. Now I have reflexes while drinking it. It's because I was drinking litres to make myself vomit easier. So, now water directly associates with being sick. I can't drink it from a glass, like never ever ever. Bottles help, especially if it's the mix with berries or lemon. But the thing is that I feel sick every fucking time... What can I do??? I know how important it is for me and my baby. Not drinking water at all is insane. Drinking makes me sick. No way out.. I'm so done with it! It's probably hormones as well, but it pisses me off like a lot.

Yogurt with honey and fruits and sometimes granola sprinkled in. About an hour later I have an egg and cheese toastie or an avocado bagel.
