I would like to get my husband a gift for him to open the day our baby is born. I know the general feeling on here is that he has a baby and that should be enough, but I really want to get him something special to say thanks for being so bloody awesome during this and previous pregnancies. I mean he really has been a superstar!
I don't really want to get the cutesy baby grows or the keyrings, but I can't seem to find anything suitable.
Has anyone got any ideas? Ideally the most id like to spend is £100.
All ideas will be appreciated.
TIA

I was thinking about this too, my DP has been fab throughout my pregnancy and thought about getting him a nice gift. I was thinking about maybe a nice watch x

I wanted to do something too, for the same reasons, husband has been amazing never complaining once and just been a total babe. Feel like just saying thank you over and over while I'm lying on the sofa/being sick/asleep/morning isn't enough (though he says it is!). Maybe a watch, though he has one of those. Want it to be something that he would never usually treat himself to.

I got DP a rugby shirt for his favourite rugby team & got DS the matching baby gro. He was so pleased with it. He was so proud the first game they wore them together, we were only at home watching it on tv & DS only lasted about 10 minutes before he been sick all down it but it was lovely while it lasted & I have a beautiful photo of the two of them together.

I'm planning to get my partner an expensive bottle of whiskey as a thank you, something he wouldn't buy for himself but will enjoy now and again so lasts ages!

I got my husband a Ted Baker full groom men's service which is a luxury hot shave , massage and hair cut . Something he would never ever get himself but I know he would love the treat . I also got him a matching t shirt that says the original and the baby grow says the remix lol I wanted something fun as it's our second baby but our first boy and I got tons of mummy and daughter stuff when our daughter was born x

I bought dh a altimeter watch (G shock or something), he wanted one to wear when fishing.

something to consider is jack Daniels if he drinks it, you can get the bottles engraved. I did this for our wedding and then we got another when on honeymoon at the distillery

Well for fathers day I replaced the whiskey glass (I had smashed whilst doing the dishes Blush) for an engraved one with an engraved slate coaster. Etsy is good for things like that!
