Hi ladies!

I'm just wondering whether anyone as any suggestions/remedies to ease (or magically get rid!!) of this really annoying symptom!
This is my 5th pregnancy - but will be my first baby as had MC's between 5&10 weeks with others and I feel bloody delighted to have reached this stage and don't want to sound ungrateful of the symptoms, but would love any suggestions that'd stop me feeling like a balloon....

As title says I'm 15+3 and for the last few weeks feel like someone has inflated my tummy with a foot pump and constantly feel uncomfortable like I'm full of air, my nausea has finally eased off a bit but I'm now finding it difficult to eat even though I'm hungry as it feels like there's not enough space 😄. I literally feel like I'll pop!
I've got a really tiny little bump so don't know whether it's the 'bloat' I keep hearing of as you can hardly tell I'm pregnant - or if it's just the norm and you mystical ladies can provide the answer. I've tried peppermint tea and fibre rich foods in case it's wind 😳 but with no success.

Any suggestions or similar experiences are very welcome 😘
xx

15 weeks here and look like a balloon 🙄 I live mainly off ice lollies, fruit and salad with a large bowl of cereals for breakfast. Some carbs/protein for dinner but it's that which makes it worse for me - so just over 1/2 usual amount, followed by mints/Rennies.
