Hello, I'm 29+3 and up until tonight my pregnancy been fine, (This is pretty disgusting but) tonight I've had like alot if lumpy discharge that's been itchy, similar to Thursh except obviously lumpy with a yellowy colouring to it. I examined it with some cotton buds and there was a slight trace of blood.. i dont think its coming from inside i think its where the outside has been irritated.. but this only started a few hours ago and developed so quickly. I don't know wether to leave it and call my GP tomorrow or even midwife tomorrow or if I should call someone tonight? I've never been told what to do if anything like this happens or even if I should do anything.. I am worried incase i have an infection or thrush and it's really uncomfortable but i dont want ro waste anyones time. Can anyone advise what they would do?

I'm not a medical expert but if you think the bleeding is external, you're probably ok waiting until morning, then speaking to your gp or midwife.

Don't bother with a pharmacy, they'll refuse to give you anything because you're pregnant. voice of bitter experience

I would call 111 and explain the circumstances. They will be able to say if you need to be seen today. Also I would go straight to GP tomorrow not midwife, as midwife is likely to send you to GP anyway.

Sounds like thrush. Go and buy a canesten pessary. It is safe to use in pregnancy although pharmacists don't like giving it out to pregnant women. It does irritate your cervix and vaginal walls and cause bleeding
