Cure for painful cold nips

So, I had this when I was pregnant with DS and was dreading it coming back with this pregnancy, but here I am at 20 week with the most painful nipples known to man at even the slightest bit of cool air! -Great British summer anyone?-
Short of me walking around outside and at work with a hot water bottle strapped to each boob, what else can I do? Anyone else suffering?

I've had this too!!! It's so painful and something I had never heard of before... I'm now nearly 28 weeks and it seems to have eased off or maybe it's just because I've been in Turkey on hol for the last 2 weeks where it's very hot but I do hope it doesn't return once I'm back home... I've had to leave my shopping in the supermarket as I was in so much pain...
Did you have it the entire pregnancy Edge?

Oh god I had this with my first and now I'm 22 weeks with my second and it's starting. I couldn't find anything to help last time, so so painful. I have been wondering if some of those hand warmer sachets shoved down my bra would work?!

Could it be Raynauds? Got water bottle, extra vest.

As far as I can remember, it lasted until I had him. I had him on Christmas day, so it was the height of winter. So painful.
I wondered about the hand warmers haha. I might load my bras up with breast pads to keep them warm.
