Neck and shoulder pain

Has anyone had this in pregnancy?

One side of my neck and the shoulder on the same side is really painful. I'm taking paracetamol and will look up some yoga stretches for neck and shoulder pain, but it really is terribly painful. If anyone has some miracle cure ideas I will try anything within reason at this point!

Fwiw I'm 15 weeks plus 4 days with dc2. Never had this in last pregnancy.

Maybe it's nothing to do with pregnancy? Did you pull it, sleep funny, etc etc? Get a good massage or visit physio/osteopath, try ice/heat.

True foggy. My bed is a heap of shit. I'm going to start sleeping in the spare room, (it has a better bed which we can't get up the stairs to our room in the loft). I'll probably book in with a physio next week if that doesn't make a difference.
