13 weeks - boy or girl?

Hello,
Is my first pregnancy and just back from my dating scan (I'm 13 weeks). I've found that I'm completely inept at understanding nub theory for gender prediction. Any thoughts on whether this is a boy or girl?

I would guess boy. Congratulations.
