Brown spotting 8+2

Hello im 8+2 and had a few cramps on Friday followed by brown spotting. Nothing since and it's just started again.. without the cramps but with a few teeny clots about the width of a pencil.
I had some bleeding when i was 6+4 and had a scan at 6+5 that showed a pregnancy measuring the correct size in the right place with a hb. Nothing was abnormal with my cervix when they examined it so they don't know what caused it.
It's really stressing me out! Has anyone else had this? I would have been due my period around this point if I wasn't pregnant. Is it breakthrough bleeding?
I had it with my dd 3 times and that was a hell of alot of blood- doesn't stop me worrying though! X

I had this in my 1st pregnancy. I had brown spotting for a week at 5/6 weeks, then a couple of bigger bleeds at 11 & 13 weeks. Although a cause couldn't be found during scans it was suggested that I just had a bit of a sensitive cervix. All sorts of things can irritate the blood vessels in the cervix especially things like constipation.

Check on your local hospitals website and see if the EPU accepts self referrals. They should offer you a scan to put your mind at rest.
