Another nub theory question (with pic)

I have no idea where this nub is so can't even try to work it out, even after reading up on it. I don't mind at all so just for fun but wondered if anyone would have a look ?

Thanks KikiA! Everyone here thinks it's a boy ( not from the nub thing as I only heard of that today ) but I felt both my girls would be boys so impossible to say on gut feeling of course!
