Hi Everyone,
My wife and i have had the amazing news that we are expecting our first child and are currently 10 weeks along.
We're due to go sailing for a week in August, although we have spoken to the midwife and she said we are safe to go on the holiday i was wondering if anyone has sailed in the first trimester and if they have any tips/advice/concerns for while we are away.
