I've suffered 2 miscarriages in the past few years at 8 weeks then 10 weeks. I'm now pregnant again and currently 18weeks. The past day or 2 I have had sporadic lower tummy pain. Really low.....like to the left of my pubic area. The pain sometimes seems to go down my right leg. It doesn't feel like period pains etc really but I'm freaking out. Any idea what it might be other than my worst fear?? I think i can feel baby move but I'm unsure yet....???

Hey. I can't answer your question but I can say i am 18+5 and yesterday and today I've had the exact same thing. Feels a little bit like period pain at points too? Obviously can't offer any help but just wanted to say me too and you've got a buddy x

Sorry I see you said it doesn't feel like period pains. But i'm pretty hopeful it's nothing to worry too much about. See docs if it's really worrying you though

Oh sorry to hear you're having pain too. Thanks for sharing. Maybe it's just a growth/body changing thing. Fingers crossed. Smile

That's what I think. I think baby is really growing now so our insides are moving and shifting to accommodate and it's ligament pain. Positive thoughts all round Flowers

Smile Thank you. I'm trying to chill but it's hard to stay calm.

How are you *beckieperk? Feeling any better?

18 weeks here too and got the same sporadic cramps, especially when walking. Plus 'fanny daggers' and even shooting pains up my bum! Midwife says it's ligament pain and pressure from the growing uterus

beckieperk · 18/07/2017 21:17

Hey constant and Leigh. Less pain today so feeling hopeful it's the ligament thingy.....i looked it up and it sounds spot on. How are you now constant?? Sorry to hear your having issues too Leigh. I can't remember this from my first pregnancy.....although that was 6 years ago. Hmm
