That's it really, just nosiness. DD was 7'10" but all through my pg midwives & locum GP( I saw him a few times) said baby was big & asked me lots about size of mine/DH's siblings. She obviously wasn't particularly large but I just wondered as most of my friends 2nd ones have been bigger but that's not a particularly large sample.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No:

DD (1st dc) 9lb 2 oz
DS (2nd dc) 8lb 15 oz

However DD was 5 days late, DS was 5 days early.

DS2 10lb 14 one day late

DS3 10lb 6 two weeks early

There's quite a few whoppers on here! One of my friends DS was 9lb 8oz & her DD was 10lb 12oz, funnily enough she said the second was easier. Thing is she's a size 6/8 & that made my eyes water, she didn't have stitches the second time either. Hoping this one's no bigger than half a pound more, had an emergency CS last time & toying with natural this time if I can so the neater the better

Ds2 4lb 15, 9 days early

juuule · 25/03/2007 21:58

Ds1 7lb 13
Ds2 6lb 15

nally · 25/03/2007 22:01

dd1 - 7lb 9oz
ds - 8lb 15.5oz
dd2 - 7lb 3oz

mears · 25/03/2007 22:02

No

whoopsfallenoveragain · 25/03/2007 22:03

ds 2lb 15oz
dd 10lb 5oz
I'm hoping that I don't have the same difference in weight if I have a #3

colander · 25/03/2007 23:12

DD1 7lb 12 oz
DD2 9lb 9oz

so yes for me

However, had stitches with DD1 but not DD2, and DD2 much quicker (although loads more painful - sorry!). Also DD2's head 0.5 cm smaller - she just had the most chunky body - all chubby like me.

Linnet · 25/03/2007 23:15

dd1 was 6lbs 9 oz and 10 days late
dd2 was 7lbs 120z and 1 week late by hospital dates but nearly 3 weeks late by my dates
