Okay so in London it's £20 for a pedicure
What does that include because my feet are rock hard and peeling

IME you need something more hardcore, like a chiropodist, for the hard skin.
I've had pedicures and they just moisturise and do nails.

Yeah I need to get my foot filed so where do I get one of those

Footopia, Chelsea.
I do it once a year as a treat (60 I think) but it's honestly transformative. You will not recognise your feet.
Or get yourself an electric foot filer: gets the worst of it off. And good foot cream,

Or try one of those "Footner" treatments - few quid off Amazon, special socks you wear for an hour and then over the next seven to ten days you shed the hard skin on your feet off like a snake!

Super freaky, but very effective, and cheap!
