Tummy / hip pain second trimester

Hi I've been having some lower stomach pain and hip pain. I'm 15 weeks and it's not excruciating pain just sharp twinges and discomfort :( went to the doctors last week but he said I should feel better in a couple of weeks. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hiya I'm also 15 weeks and last couple of days I have had some discomfort in the way of twinges and cramps, that if not had since about 5 weeks.

I've read that it's ligaments stretching and there's nothing to worry about unless there's any blood loss.

I'm going to go with that as it seems reasonable and am trying not to worry! (Of course I am though 🙄 )

I'm 17 weeks and am also having this as we speak... Afaik sharp, brief twinges or pains are likely round ligament pain and nothing to worry about, only constant, severe crampy pain (or pain with bleeding) is worrying?
