I'd just go to the hospital if that's possible? I'm in Ireland and I did that twice when I was expecting ds, hope all is wellFlowers

Yep just go straight in if you can, call on the way, they'll tell you the same honestly, I went in loads, once because my hands felt funny Hmm and they were always pleased to see me at the birthing unit or at the main hospital maternity ward. Please don't delay.

AntiHop · 02/07/2017 19:27

Where I live there is a birthing centre that answered 24 hours a day. If not then a and e. You need to get checked out urgently.

You should have a number on your pregnancy notes. At 23 weeks it is usually the maternity ward but may be EPAU in some areas

Ring the delivery suite or maternity ward and arrange to go in and be monitored. Please don't worry OP I was in twice and everything was absolutely fine but best to be on the safe side.

Did you get to see someone OP?

mummabubs · 03/07/2017 07:19

Hope all's ok OP. Just thought I'd add though that my midwife told me they don't usually consider movements as a reliable indicator until 24-26 weeks as they're still establishing a pattern until then. I'm 26 weeks and have some days where I feel lots of movement and others less but my midwife said not to worry too much at this stage unless I have a whole day where I feel nothing? X

Thanks everyone i called the labour line in the end and they told me the same as @mummabubs . They did say to drink ice cold water and eat something and to lie on my left side as soon as i did that he started to move a lot !
