Hi - when pregnant with each of her two children, my daughter in law used to apply a belt to her stomach each evening. It had a sort of metronome which would tick ( and tock) at different speeds. It was said to help the development of the foetal nervous system and intelligence. We can't remember what it was called but my friend's daughter is at last expecting a baby and would like to buy one.
