Pelvic floor exercises..
I cant do them, I've tried loads of times, but apparently if your stomach or bottom clenches as well your doing it wrong.
I feel like an idiot, I dont want to be incontinent after birth but really feel like I cant try any harder
Please help, how do you do them properly??
